Dotty Luv

Supplies:

  PSP X
  Tube is a PTU by Elias Chatzoudis which you can find at PTE
  FTU Scrap kit called Simply Sotty by Scrapin With Lynn HERE
**I got this kit a long time ago so not sure if it is still available
  Template is offered by Pooker it is Template EI79and may be found HERE
  Filters: Eye Candy 4000/ Radial Transmission
           DSB Flux Linear Transmission


Let's Begin:

Open the template in psp
Resize all layer 90%
Delete the © layer
Proceed to flood fill or paste papers of choice in the various shapes of your template
Tick the inside of the big black circle with your magic wand
Paste an enlarged version of your tube choice as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select None
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize
Make this image black and white
Complete this step for the other 2 big black circles
Paste your main tube as a new layer and place where desired
Apply a drop shadow of choice
Apply Dotty Laces as a new layer
Resize 15%
Place over the top left square
Erase to remove excess over other shapes with your eraser tool
Apply a drop shadow of choice
Apply Dotty Flower 1 as a new layer
Resize 10%
Place in one of the black circles
Duplicate and place in another circle of the opposite side
Paste Dotty Heart as a new layer
Resize 5%
Place in the bottom Black Circle
Duplicate and place in circle on other side
Make sure to keep your main tube at the top of everything
Paste Dotty Wrap 1 as a new layer
Resize 15%
Place in the middle of the center circle
Paste the Dotty Ladybug as a new layer
Resize 5%
Place as desired
Duplicate
Place as desired
Merge everything
Duplicate
On the top layer
Resize 90%
Adjust, Sharpen
On the bottom layer apply Eye Candy 4000 Radial Transmission
Settings: Radial Size 6, Rotation -100, and Blend 50
Resize this layer 98%
Apply DSB Flux Linear Transmission
Settings: Size 13, Offset 7, Blend 50, Vertical
Resize this layer 80%
Move a little to the left
Duplicate
Move the duplicated layer a little to the right
Top layer apply a drop shadow of choice
Merge Everything
Appy the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
