Seduction in Red

Supplies:
  PSP X

  FTU Scrap kit called Beauty in Red by Me HERE
 
Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste the black wire element as a new layer
Tick the inside of the wire element with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 5
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select None
Move the paper layer under the frame layer
Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer
Place as desired in the frame
Paste the straw bow as a new layer
Place in the center of the bottom of the frame
Paste the red sparkle as a new layer
Send under everything
Resize 120
Paste the black sparkle as a new layer
Send under everything
Paste red rose 2 as a new layer
Resize 40%
Place as desired on the frame
Duplicate the red rose
Resize the duplicate image 80%
Place as desired
Paste the sparkle element as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Appy the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
