Supplies:

  PSP XII
  Tube is a Zeebrush tube which you can purchase from PFD
  PTU scrap kit called "Cupcake Attitude" by Wicked Princes Scraps which you can fine HERE
  Template is one of mine Template 41 which you can find HERE
  Font Used is Santas Big Score (FTU)
 
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's varius tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open the template
Delete the © layer
Flood fill or paste papers from the kit in the pink shapes to your liking
Paste your main tube choice as a new layer
Bring to the top of everything
Paste the cane as a new layer
Resize 72%
Place to the right and send under everything
Paste the Heart Doodle as a new layer
Resize 40%
Place at the top middle of the left pink rectangle
Paste the Ipod as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place to the left of your tube
Image, Free Rotate, left 20
Tick the inside of the middle blak rectangle with your magic wand
Paste the doodle element as a new layer
Resize 66%
Selections, select none
Paste the teddy as a new layer
Resize 30%
Place at the bottom right
Paste the pansyvine as a new layer
Resize 54%
Place along the bottom on top of the pink rectangle
Paste butterfly1 as a new layer
Resize 28%
Place at the top right of the big black circle
Paste the wrinkly bow as a new layer
Resize 50%
Place at the top of your template
Make sure it is under the tube layer
Paste the skateboard as a new layer
Resize 41%
Image, mirror
Place to the right next to the bear
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Appy the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
