BOO

Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU scrap kit called "Spook Me Baby" by Wicked Princess Scraps which you can find HERE
  I am usig a PTU tube by Very Many which you can purchase at PFD
  Template comes from Ginnibug Designz which can be found HERE
  Font Used is Afterlife (FTU)
 
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open the template
Delete the © Layer
Floodfill or colorize the yellow parts of the template to match the kit and or your tube choice
Select the large circle
Selections, select all, float, defloat
Paste your tube choice as a new layer
Duplicate this layer
On the first tube layer
Selections, invert, delete
Selections, select none
On your second tube layer ue your eraser to remove the bottom of the tube so she appears to come through the frame.
Paste cupcake3 as a new layer
Resize 22%
Place at the bottom left by the Boo text
Select the black 2 circle in the template
Selections, select all, float, defloat
Paste the claws as a new layer
Resize 33%
Selections, invert, delete
Selections, select none
Add a purplish drop shadow to the claws as desired
Select the black rectangle
Selections, select all, float, defloat
Paste the star border as a new layer
Arrange as deired
Selections, invert, delete
Selections, select none
Duplicate this image
Image, Mirror
Paste the broom as a new layer
Resize 66%
Place at the right of your tubed image
Paste the bat as a new layer
Resize 33%
Place at the top left of your tag
Paste the spider as a new layer
Resize 36%
Place next to the broom
Paste the goblet as a new layer
Resize 50%
Place to the far left bottom by the cupcake
Merge everything together
Open a new workspace 70 X 500
Floodfill white
Paste your completed tag as a new layer in the workspace
New raster Layer
Send under your tag
Flood fill black
Apply a mask of choice
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Appy the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
