**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**
Let's Begin:
Open a new work space 700 x 500
Flood fill white
Paste Element 59 as a new layer
Resize 76%
X out the white background
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Send under the frame layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
While still selected paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer
Send under the frame
Duplicate the tubed layer
On the layer under the frame
Delete
Selections, Select None
Bring the duplicate tube above the frame
Apply a drop shadow of choice
Use the eraser to remove the portions at the bottom
Paste Element 60 as a new layer
Send under everything
Past Element 37 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place at the top of the frame
Send under the top tube layer
Paste Element 34 as a new layer
Place at the bottom center of your tag
Resize 48%
Paste Element 19 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place to the left of the tubed image
Paste Element 21 as a new layer
Resize 24%
Place to the right of the Christmas text
Paste Element 28 as a new layer
Resize 30%
Place in front of santas feet
Paste Element 13 & 14 as new layers
Resize each 12%
Place as desired
Paste Element 23 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Image, Fee Rotate, 90%
Place to the far right of the frame
Send under the cupcake and text layer
Paste Element 24 as a new layer
Place over the fame layer but under the top tube layer
Resize 46%
Paste Element 31 as a new layer
Image, Mirror
Place to the far right of you tag
Resize 31%
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
