Tickled Pink

Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU  kit called "Tickled Pink with Emo" by StarzCreationz and can be found at PFD
  PTU Tube is by Arthur Crowe and can be found HERE
  Mask of choice
  Font Used is Fole Girls (FTU)
 
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste paper of choice as a new layer
Apply your mask
Paste frame 2 as a new layer
Resize 76%
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
New raster layer
Floodfill black
Paste a facial version of your tube choice as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select None
Send the floodfill and tube layer under the frame
Lower the opasity of your tube layer as desired
Paste your full size tube of choice as a new layer
Paste Bow3 as a new layer
Image, Mirror
Place to the right
Paste Cupcake 2 as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place to the bottom right
Paste LollyPop2 as a new layer
Resize 54%
Place to the right under the cupcake layer
Continue this step with Lollypops 1 and 3
Paste SkullShoe3 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place at the bottom left of your tag
Paste sad Bear1 as a new layer
Image, Mirror
Resize 41%
Place next to the shoe
Paste Skull Heart1 as a new layer
Image, Mirror
Resize 41%
Place at the top right of the frame
Paste Curly Ribbon 1 as a new layer
Place under the elements but above the frame layer at the bottom
Do the same with Curly Ribbon2 but mirror the image
Paste Emo String 1 as a new layer
Resize 21%
Hand from the Skull heart
Paste the Sparkles as a new layer
Use your eraser to remove unwanted sparkles
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
