Pink Chiffon

Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU scrap kit called "Pink and Polka" by Bits N Bobs and can be found HERE
  PTU Tube by Barbara Jensen which you can get HERE
  Font Used is bu Hominis Cassiter (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 x 500
Flood fill white
Paste Elem.68 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Tick the nside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 4
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
While still selected paste a portion of your tube choice as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete both layers
Selections, Select none
Move them both under the frame
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Duplicate
Image, Free Rotate Left 10 the bottom frame
Un X the white background
Paste Elem.72 as a new layer
Resize 76%
Image, Free rotate, Left 90
Move under everything
Paste Elem.60 as a new layer
Send under everything
Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer
Place to the right
Paste Elem.51 as a new layer
Resize 10
Place at the top left corner of the top frame
Paste Elem.28 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Image, Free Rotate, right 47
Place along the bottom of your tag
Use your eraser to remove the excess that goes below your tag
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste elem.22 as a new layer
Resize 28%
Place on top of the black vine
Duplicate your flower 2 times
Place as desired along the vine
Paste elem.48 as a new layer
Resize 7%
Place in center of bow
Paste elem.57 as a new layer
Resize 47%
Place to the right
Send under everything
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste elem.61 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place at the bottom left
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
