Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU scrap kit called "Candylicious" by Bibis Collection and can be found at SATC

  PTU tube is by Alexander McMillan and can be found at SATC

  Font Used is Fairy dust (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Floodfill white

Paste Elem.13 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Selet the inside of the pink frame with your freehand selection tool

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer

Paste the face of your tubed image as a ne layer

Selections, Invert, Delete

Delete both layers

Selections, Select None

Lower the opasity of the face image in your layer palette to your liking

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Place to the right

Paste Elem.2 as a new layer

Resize 70%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.19 as a new layer

Place at the bottom left corner

Send under everything

Bring the duplicate to the top

Use your eraser to make the swirl go around your tubed image

Paste Elem.65 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place to the right under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.68 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.73 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place under the cupcake to the right

Paste Elem.80 as a new layer

Place at the top right

Send under everything

Paste Elem.48 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place to the bottom right of tubed image

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
