**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**
Let's Begin:
Create a new workspace 700 X 500
Floodfill white
Paste Lights as a new layer
Resize 97%
Paste Frame 2 as a new layer
Resize 76%
Paste Stars 2 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Send under everything
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Past a paper of choice as a new layer
Paste your tbed image as a new layer
Duplicate the tube image
Selections, Invert, Delete both paper and original tube layer
Selections, Select None
Use your eraser to remove excess of tube layer so he is coming through the frame
Paste Skull 1 as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place at the top right corner of frame
Paste Flower 1 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Place at bottom tip of heart frame
Paste Shoe 2 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Sexy Toy 2 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place by the shoe
Paste Hand cuffs as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place to the right of the shoe
Paste Condom 1 as a new layer
Resize 18%
Place to the left of the Hand cuffs
Paste Bottle 1 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place to the bottom left
Paste Cocktail 1 as a new layer
Resize 28%
Place next to the bottle
Paste Lollipop 1 as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place behind the bottle
Paste Heart 3 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the top left
Paste Whip 2 as a new layer
Resize 40%
Place at the bottom
Paste the Fetish wordart as a new layer
Resize 30%
Place at the top right
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
