Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU scrap kit called "Purple Dreams by Amy Marie and can be found HERE

  PTU tube is by Gift from Eugene Rzhevskii for fans and can be found at   PFD

  Mask of choice

  Font Used is Baroque Script (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Floodfill white

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.99 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer

Place to right 

Paste Elem.2 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom under tubed image

Paste Elem.45 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.25 as a new layer

Send under everything

Paste Elem.26 as a new layer

Send under everything

Image, Flip

Paste Elem.84 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place to the right and under tubed image

Paste Elem.67 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the top left of clock

Paste Elem.50 as a new layer

Resize 15%

Place in center of bow

Paste Elem.36 as a new layer

Paste Elem.18 as a new layer

Image, Free Rotate, Left 90

Place at the bottom under the vines

Use eraser tool to remove excess

Paste Elem.87 as a new layer

Use eraser tool to remove excess

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
