  FTU scrap kit called "Cuppiz Lolliz & Skulliz" by Inspired Creationz and can be found HERE

  Template is Temp 55 By Rose and can be found HERE

  Mask of choice

  Font Used is Pajamas (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your template

Delete the © layer

Select the big black circle

Selections, Select All, 

Selections,Float

Selections, Defloat

Paste Skull 4 as a new layer

Move to the right

Selections, Invert

Delete 

Selections, Select none

Lower the opasity of the face as desired

Select Raster 2

Selections, Select All, 

Selections,Float

Selections, Defloat

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer

Selections, Invert

Delete 

Selections, Select none

Repeat this step wth the rectangle

Select the wordart and floodfill as you choose

X out the white background 

Merge everything

Open a new workspace 700 x 500

Floodfill white

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer

Apply mask of choice

Paste the merged template as a new layer

Resize 92%

Close out the old workspace

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Place to the right

Duplicate the tubed image

Move the top image a little to the right

Lower the opasity of the bottom layer to 33

Paste Flame 1 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place to the left

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Star 4 as a new layer

Resize 86%

Place to the left

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Skateboard as a new layer

Resize 45%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Winged Skull 1 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the left

Paste Can as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Emo Teddy as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom left of your tubed image

Paste Ribbon 1 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Use your eraser to remove the excess

Place at the bottom of the template

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Bottlecap 2 as a new layer

Resize 18%

Place at the top of the template

Duplicate 5 X's

Arrange around the circle of the template 

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
