Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube is called "Dreds and Bows" By PinUpToons and was purchased when CILM was around

  PTU scrap kit is called "Kitty Love" By Kez and can be purchased at PFD HERE

  Mask of choice

  Font Used is Most Wanted (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Frame3 as a new layer

Select the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer

Send under frame layer

While still selected paste an enlargeed facial portion of your tubed image as a new layer

Selections, Invert, Delete both layers

Selections, Select none

Select your face in the layer palette

Select Luminance Legacy in your layer palette

Paste your tubed iimage as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.43 as a new layer

Place at the bottom left of frame

Paste Elem.44 as a new layer

Place to the left

Use your eraser to remove the portion in the frame

Paste Elem.54 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at bottom left

Paste Elem.36 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the right side

Paste Elem.26 as a new layer

Resize 21%

Place at bottom left under cupcake layer

Paste Elem.25 as a new layer

Resize 21%

Place at bottom left under cupcake layer next to other lollipop

Paste Elem.20 as a new layer

Image, Free Rotate, Left 90

Resize 91%

Place at bottom of frame

Send under everything

Paste Elem.14 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom left by cupcake

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at bottom right of frame

Paste Elem.40 as a new layer

Resize 33%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 20

Place at bottom right

Paste Elem.40 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
