PTU tube is called "Dressed" By Keith Garvey and was purchased when he was with PTE
PTU scrap kit called "Patty" By Amy Marie and can be found HERE
Font Used is Fairy Dust (FTU)
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**
Let's Begin:
Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Flood fill white
Paste Elem.8 as a new layer
Resize 74%
Carefully select the inside of the frame with your freehand selection tool set at point to point
Layers, New Raste Layer
Flood fill black
Paste Elem.86 as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select None
Lower the opasity of the clock layer to37 in your layer palette
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place to the right of the frame
Paste Elem.96 as a new layer
Place at the bottom of the frame
Send under everything
Paste Elem.45 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place to the left of the frame
Send under everything
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.46 as a new layer
Resize 88%
Center in middle of frame
Send under everything
Paste Elem.50 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at top center of frame
Paste Elem.55 as a new layer
Resize 11%
Place in center of bow
Paste Elem.76 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place at bottom left
Paste Elem.22 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place on pet bed
Paste Elem.23 as a new layer
Resize 19%
Place by pet bed
Paste Elem.29 as a new layer
Send under tubed image layer
Paste Elem.52 as a new layer
Resize 21%
Place at the side of the frame as if hanging from the frame
Paste Elem.85 as a new layer
Place at bottom of frame under tubed image layer
Paste Elem.44 as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
