PTU scrap kit is called "Heather" By Tiny Turtle Designs and can be purchased at SATC HERE
Mask of choice
Font Used is Janda Stylish Script (FTU)
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**
Let's Begin:
Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Flood fill white
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Apply your mask of choice
Paste Elem.23 as a new layer
Resize 86%
Select the inside of the frames with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Pastea paper of choice as a new layer
Send under frame layer
Paste a large facial view of your tubed image as a new layer in the left frame
Paste a mirrored version of the face in the right frame
Selections, Invert, Delete all layers
Selections, Select None
Place your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place in the center of the frame
Paste Elem.18 as a new layer
Image, free Rotate, Left 90
Place at bottom under tubed image layer
Send under everything except mask layer
Use your eraser tool to remove the stem
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.39 as a new layer
Resize 18%
Place at left center of black bush
Duplicate
Place along side of previous
Duplicate

Place under frame layer
Paste Elem.102 as a new layer
Image, Rotate, Left 90
Place at bottom under tubed image layer
Send under everything except mask layer
Paste Elem.98 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Place at bottom left

Place next to rose
Paste Elem.15 as a new layer
Resize 37%

Place at top right corner
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Place at left side

X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
