Hot Lucky 13


Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU tubes used are called "Lucky 13" By Jose cano and can be purchased at SATC HERE
  PTU scrap kit is called "Lucky 13" By BiBi and can be purchased at SATC HERE
  Font Used is Nermins Graffiti (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Flood fill white
Paste Elem.37 as a new layer
Paste Elem.39 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Paste a large facial of your tubed image
Resize as needed
Make her in the center of the red checked element
Lower the opasity of the face to 37 in your layer palette
Use your raseer tool to remove the very top of the hat (Keep the 13 part) and the parts at  the bottom
Paste Elem.62 as a new layer
Resize 48%
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place to the right of the box
Paste Elem.32 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place to the left under box layer
Paste Elem.44 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 90
Place at the bottom and send under everything
Paste Elem.84 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place at the top left under chair layer
Paste Elem.16 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Paste Elem.1 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at the bottom left of the chair
Paste Elem.7 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.42 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place at the bottom left under cat layer
Paste Elem.64 as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place on the seat of the chair
Paste Elem.77 as a new layer
Resize 18%
Place on top of box
Paste Elem.80 as a new layer
Place at the far right
Send under everything
Use eraser to remove part in background face
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.87 as a new layer
Resize 18%
Place under the cat layer to the right
Paste Elem.27 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place to the left of the other card
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
