Magical Star Witch


Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU tubes used are called "Star Witch" By Danny Lee and can be purchased at SATC HERE
  PTU scrap kit is called "Magic Witch" By Joan and can be purchased at SATC HERE
  Mask of choice
  Font Used is Frosting For Breakfast (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Flood fill white
Paste Paper 9 as a new layer
Apply your mask of choice
Paste Elem.64 as a new layer
Resize 81%
Select the inside of the frames with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Paste Paper 1 as a new layer
Send under the frame 
Resize 68%
Move the paper down inside the frame
Selections, Invert, Delete all layers
Selections, Select None
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Paste Elem.41 as a new layer
Send under everything
Place in the center of the frame
Paste Elem.67 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 20
Place to the bottom left
Paste Elem.79 as a new layer
Place at the side of the frame under tubed image layer
Paste Elem.55 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place on the right side of the frame
Paste Elem.9 as a new layer
Resize 17%
Place in center of the bow
Paste Elem.14 as a new layer
Place at the bottom of the frame
Send under the frame layer
Paste Elem.24 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place to the right of the book
Paste Elem.61 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place at the bottom left behind the book
Paste Elem.1 as a new layer
Resize 45%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.15 as a new layer
Resize 28%
Place at the bottom right by the couldron
Paste Elem.10 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at the right side of the frame
Paste Elem.63 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.19 as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
