Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Space Girl" By Jose Cano and can be purchased at SATC HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Drama Llama" By BiBi and can be purchased at SATC HERE

  Font Used is Head Case (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white 

Paste Elem.67 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Paste Elem.75 as a new layer

Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 3

Paste Paper6 as a new layer

Resize the paper layer 51%

Move down where the moon is in the top right corner of the frame

While still selected paste your tubed image as a new layer

Duplicate the tubed image

Move one tubed image to the top

Selections, Invert, Delete the paper and first tubed image layers

Selections, Select None

On the top tubed image use your eraser tool to remove the excess at the bottom of the frame

Paste Elem.18 as a new layer

Send under everything

Paste Elem.58 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom left corner

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom left corner

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Image, Mirror

Place at the left side

Send under frame layer

Paste Elem.57 as a new layer

Resize 15%

Place at the bottom right

Duplicate

Image, Free Rotate, 14

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
