Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU scrap kit called "Trick or Treat" by Starz Creationz which you can find HERE
  I am usig a PFD tube by Tamandya which can be purchased at PFD

  Font Used is Before The Rain (FTU)
 

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's varius tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Paste RF1 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Paste RF2 as a new layer
Resize 32%
Tick the inside of RF1 with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, expand 8
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
I have used paper 13
Resize the paper to 10%
Selections, Invert, delete
Selections, Select none
Send paper under everything
Paste your tube of choice as a new layer
Bring to the top
Paste a bow of choice as a new layer
Resize 24%
Place at the top center of the frames
Paste Broom 3 as a new layer
Resize 24%
Image, Free Rotate, left 25
Place next to your tube choice
Paste pumpkin 1 as a new layer
Resize 8%
Place to the left of your tube
Paste Cupcake 1 as a new layer
Resize 5%
Place to the right of your tube
Paste a couple of the lollipops as new layer
Resize 5%
Place both next to the cupcake
Paste the Tot element as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place to the right of your cupcake and lollipops
Paste bat2 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place to the top right of tag
Image, free rotate Right 25
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Appy the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
