Parental Advisory

Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU scrap kit called "Back To Black" by BiBis collection HERE
  Tube used is a Creative Misfits Xclusive and cannot be purchased anywhere
  Font Used is Grunt Reaper (FTU)
 

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 x 500
Flood fill white ( we will delete this layer later, it helps us see our workspace better)
Paste Element 118 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Paste Frame 112 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Tick the inside of your frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Paste Paper 11 as a new layer
Resize the paper layer 46%
Send under the frame layer
While still selected paste a tube of choice as a new layer
Duplicate this tube
Send one under the frame layer (above the paper layer)
Selections, Invert, Delete the paper layer and lower tube layer
Selections, Select none
Bring the top tube layer to the top of everything
Use your eraser tool to make her look like she is coming through the frame
Paste Element 74 as a new layer
Resize 63%
Send under the frame
Place to the left
Duplicate this image
Image, Flip
Paste the Parental Advisory sign as a new layer
Resize 68%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 15
Place at the top left corner of the frame
Paste Element 15 as a new layer
Resize 76%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 15
Place at the bottom left corner of your tag
Paste Element 41 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place at the bottom left corner
Paste Element 43 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Image, Free Rotate, right 15
Paste Element 138 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Place at the top right corner
Paste Element 59 as a new layer
Resize 69%
Place at the far right of the tag
Paste Element 56 as a new layer
Center
Send under everything
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
