Supplies:
  PSP XII
  Tube is a PTU by Arthur Crowe which you can purchase from his site HERE
  Template is template #17 by KandiKisserztagz which you can find HERE
  PTU scrap kit called "Gothica" by Addictive Pleasures scraps which you can find HERE
  Font Used Grunt Reaper(FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge
of psp and the usage of it's varius tools.**

Let's Begin:
Open your template and remove the © layer
Flood fill or paste various papers of chice in the various shapes to match your tube colors
Paste the butterflies as a new layer
Send under everything
Past your full length tube choice as a new layer inide the long middle glitter
Arrange her as seen in final tag
Tick the inside of the left big black circle with your magic wand
Paste the decore element as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select, None
Duplicate
Image Mirror
Make sure it is able to be seen in the other large black circle. You may have to bring it up
one layer in your layer palette
Paste butterfly2 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Image, Free rotate left 26
Place in the left black square
Image, Duplicate
Image, mirror
Place in the other black square
Paste ribbon4 as a new layer
Place at the top of the small black squares as seen in the final tag
Use your eraser tool to remove the middle portion of the ribbon
Paste the sparkles as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Appy the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
