Supplies:
  PSP XII
  Tube is a PTU by Arthur Crowe which you can purchase HERE
  Template 005 by Karras kreative Korner HERE
  PTU Scrap kit called Zsadist  which you can find HERE


**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's varius tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your template in PSP and delete the © layer
start by applying various papers in the shapes to match the tube your using
Tick the inside of your larger black square with your magic wand
Paste a facial image of your tube as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select none
In your layer pallette lower the opasity of your tube to your liking
Change the color of this image to black and white
Repeat this step with the other black square using a different version of your facial image
Paste your full size tubed image as a new layer
lace under the text layers
Apply a drop shadow of choice
Paste the button element as a new layer
Resize 63%
Place at the bottom of the big bottom circle
Paste the slaveband as a new layer
Resize 16%
Place at the bottom right above the text
Paste the metal stitch as a new layer
Free Rotate left 90
Place at the bottom above the text
In your layer pallette send under everything
Paste candle 2 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place at the bottom left
Duplicate this image
Resize 89%
Place next to other candle
Paste the black flower as a new layer
Resize 30%
Place at the far left of the thin rectangle shape
Duplicate
Image, mirror
Paste frame 1 as a new layer
Send under everything
Duplicate this frame
Send duplicate to the top
Use your eraser tool to remove un needed portions of this frame keeping the cross element and making the rope look as if it is wrapped around portions of your tag
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Appy the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
