Treats no Trick

I have a cute little Halloween tag for ya with no tubes.

Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU scrap kit called "Spooktacular Academy" by Wicked Princess Scraps which you can fine   HERE
  Template 160 from my girl Punky HERE
  Font Used is Ravie (FTU)
  
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's varius tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open Template 160 in your psp
Delete the © layer
Paste huse 2 as a new layer
Resize 64%
Bring above green circle frame
Paste the moon as a new layer
Resize 40%
Place above the the left orange square
Paste the ghosts as a new layer
Resize 40%
Place in the top right black circle
Paste the little zombie as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place next to the t in the treats text
Paste the witch as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place next to the last t in the treats text
Paste the skeleton as a new layer
Resize 29% put above the first t in the treats text
Paste the pumpkins trio as a new layer
Resize 36%
Place to the far right under your witch
Paste yur kitty girl as a new layer
Resize 22%
Place above the s in the treats text
Paste cupcake2 as a new layer
Resize 11 %
Place next to your zombie
Paste the soda can as a new layer
Resize 11%
Place on the other side of the zombie
Paste the 3 varius piees of candy as new layers
Resize each 11-14%
Place as desired along the bottom of your tag
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Appy the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
