Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU scrap kit called "Garv Girls 2" by Addictive Pleasures HERE
  PTU Tube by Sweet PinUp which you can get HERE
  Mask of choice
  Font Used is The NautiGal (FTU)
 

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 x 500
Flood fill white
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Apply a mask of choice
Paste the black glitter as a new layer
Paste the grey tag as a new layer
Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer
Paste Chain 2 as a new layer
Resize 45%
Place along the middle of the tag back
Paste the star frame as a new layer
Resize 60%
Move under the grey tag
Paste the screw element as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place at the left of the chain element
Duplicate
Place at the other end of the chain element
Paste the heart element as a new layer
Resize 30%
Place to the left of your tube inside the grey tag
Image, Free Rotate, Left 20
Paste the motorcycle as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place to the right and under your main tube layer
Paste Bow 2 as a new layer
Place at the top of the grey tag under your tubed image
Paste Black ribbon 3 as a new layer
Resize 76%
Place along the bottom
Send under everything
X out the white background
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Send under the frame layer
Selections, Invert, Delete

Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
