Christmas Angel

Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU scrap kit called "Santas Baby" by Bibi's Designs and can be found at Scraps and the City
  PTU Tube by Sweet PinUp which you can get HERE
  Font Used is Nightmare Before Christmas (FTU)
 
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 x 500
Flood fill white
Paste Element 90 as a new layer
Paste element 83 as a new layer
Send under Element 90
Paste Element 10 as a new layer
Resize 43%
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, modify, Expand 2
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select none
Bring the paper under the frame
Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer
Paste Element 67 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place on the frame
Duplicate this layer 1 time
Place on the other side of the frame
Paste Element 23 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place to the right side of the frame
Paste Element 26 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place next to Element 23
Paste Element 48 as a new layer
Resize 39%
Place to the left of your tubed image
Paste Element 71 as a new layer
Image, Mirror
Resize 48%
Place to the left of the frame under your tubed image
Paste Element 80 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place at the top rght of your tag
Paste Element 73 as a new layer
Resize 54%
Paste Element 18 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom right corner of your image
Paste Element 89 as a new layer
Send under everything
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
