  PTU  kit called "Crazy About Garv" by Stacicakes Scraps and can be found HERE
  PTU Tube is by Sweet Pinups and can be found HERE
  Mask of choice
  Font Used is Blanet Benson Two (FTU)
 
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste Circles 1 as a new layer
Resize 75%
Paste Frame1 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 5
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
While till selected paste a large version of your tube choice as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete both layers
Selections, Select none
Move the paper layer under the frame layer
Move the tube layer below the fame but above the paper layer
Paste your tube choice as a new layer
Paste the cupcake as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place to the left
Paste the Heart1 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place to the left under the cupcake
Paste Worly Element as a new layer
Image, Free Rotate Left 90
Send under everything
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste the Speaker as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place to the far right
Paste Heart4 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Place to the far right under the speaker layer
Paste the Headphones as a new layer
Resize 31%
Free Rotate, Right 16
Place at the bottom of the speaker
Paste the Sparkle as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
