Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU  kit called "Emilia Rocks" by Eclipse Creations and can be found HERE
  PTU Tube is by Sweet Pinups and can be found HERE
  Mask of choice
  Font Used is Graffonti.3d.drop (FTU)
 
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Apply your mask of choice
Paste Frame 2 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 4
Paste the Skyline as a new layer
Resize 62%
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select none
Move the paper layer under the frame layer
Paste Frame 1 as a new layer
Resize 65%
Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer
Place to the left
Paste the Turntable as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Spray Can 2 as a new layer
Resize 60%
Place to the bottom right under the turntable layer
Paste Guitar 2 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place at the bottom left under the tubed image layer
Image, Free rotate, Left 20
Paste Skull 3 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the top right of the frame
Paste the Bear as a new layer
Image, Mirror
Resize 62%
Place at the foot of your tubed image
Paste Charm 1 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Make it hand from the skull on the frame
Paste the Record as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place under the turntable
Paste Sparkle 1 as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
