Mayhem

Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU  kit called "Mayhem" by Bits N Bobs and can be found HERE
  PTU Tube is by Athur Crowe
  Mask of choice
  Font Used is Jokerman (FTU)
 
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste Paper 15 as a new layer
Apply your mask of choice
Paste Element 112 as a new layer
Resize 94%
Tick the center of the heart with your magic wand
Delections, Modify, Expand 2
Paste a facial portion of your tubed image as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select None
Move under the frame
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Paste Element 52 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Place to the far right
Send under the tubed image layer
Paste one of the flower elements as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place along the bottom above the tubed image layer
Continue this step with the other colors of flowers until complete (See final tag for reference)
Paste element 88 as a new layer
Place to the far right
Send under your tubed image layer
Paste Element 117 as a new layer
Place at the top left of the frame
Paste the Cake as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place at the bottom left of tag
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
