Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU  kit called "Mellow Yellow Easter" by Starz Creationz which can be found HERE
  PTU Tube is by Danny Lee which you can purchase at SATC
  Font Used is Baroque Antique Script (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste Frame 3 as a new layer
Resize 87%
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 4
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select none
Paste El.29 as a new layer within the frame
Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer
Place to the right
Paste El.22 as a new layer
Resize 86%
Place at the top center of the frame
Paste El.10 as a new layer
Place at the bottom
Paste El.2 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at the bottom in front of your tube
Paste El.13 as a ne layer
Resize 28%
Place at the top left
Image, free Rotate, Left 20
Paste El.23 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place to the far left
Paste El.45 as a new layer
Place to the top right
Send under everything
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
