Fantasia

Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU  kit called "Fantasia" by Bits N Bobs which you can find HERE
  PTU Tube is by Lady Mishka which you can find at PFD
  Font Used is Sick Capital Vice (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste Cloud 1 as a new layer
Move towards the bottom
Paste Frame 1 as a new layer
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select None
Send the paper under the frame layer
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Paste Dove 1 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place at the top of the frame
Paste Ribbon 4 as a new layer
Place at the bottom of the fram under the tube layer
Paste Flower 2 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place at the bottom of the frame under the tube layer
Paste Diamond Rain 4 as a new layer
Free Rotate Left 90
Resize 51%
Send under everything
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
