Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU  kit called "Steam Punk" by MizTeeques which you can find HERE
  PTU Tube is by Screaming Demons which you can find at SATC
  Font Used is Old English Text (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste Elem. 39 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Exand 4
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Paste a facial portion of your tube choice as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete the aper and tube layer
Selections, Select None
Send the paper and tube layer under the frame
X out the white background
Merge the frame, paper and tube
Un X the white background
Dulicate the merged frame layer
Image, Free Rotate, Left 20
Send the dulicate under the original frame
Apply a drop shadow of choice to both
Paste a mirrored version of your tubed image as a new layer
Place to the left
Apply a drop shadow of choice
Paste Elem. 16 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Send under everything
Paste Elem. 41 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Place at the top right of the frame
Paste Elem. 29 as a new layer
Resize 28%
Place at the bottom right corner of the frame
Paste Elem. 22 as a new layer
Resize 17%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 20
Place under the tubed layer and at the top left of the frame
Paste Elem. 2 as a new layer
Resize 14%
Place under the tubed image and at the bottom left of the frame
Paste Elem. 9 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Place at the bottom next to the phone
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
