Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU scrap kit called "Vintage Pink" by MizTeeques and can be found HERE
  PTU tube is by Barbara Jensen and can be found HERE
  Mask of choice
  Font Used is Benegraphic (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Floodfill white
Apply your mask choice
Past Elem 45 as a new layer
Resize 73%
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer while still selected paste your tube choice as a new layer
Duplicate the tube layer
Selections, Invert, Delete the paper layer and orignal tube layer
Selections, Select None
Bring your duplicated tube layer to the top
Use your eraser tool to make her come through the frame
Paste Elem. 11 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem. 12 as a new layer
Resize 50%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem. 19 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 90
Place under the light pink flower
Paste Elem. 29 as a new layer
Resize 76%
Place at the bottom of the frame under the flower layers
Paste Elem. 32 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the top right
Paste Elem. 46 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place at the bottom left
Open Elm 49
Use your selection tool to select one of the notes
Copy and paste into your workspace
Resize and adjust as needed (I also colorized mine)
Place at the top left corner
Paste Elem. 26 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the top left corner
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
