  PSP XII
  PTU scrap kit called "Pink Pricess" by Amy Marie and can be found HERE
  PTU tube is by Arthur Crowe and can be found HERE
  Mask of choice
  Font Used is Benegraphic (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Floodfill white
Paste PPR1 as a new layer
Apply your mask choice
Paste Elem. 104 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Paste Elem. 128 as a new layer
Place at the bottom of Elem. 104
Paste your tube image of choice as a new layer
Place to the right of Elem. 104
Paste Elem. 9 as a new layer
Resize 40%
Place at the bottom left of your tubed image
Paste Elem. 1 as a new layer
Resize 34% the pet bed
Place o
Paste Elem. 102 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Place at the top center of the frame
Paste Elem. 116 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Place at the bottom right of the frame under the tubed image
Paste Elem. 117 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place at the top right corner
Image, Free rotate, Right 15
Paste Elem. 93 as a new layer
Image, Mirror
Resize 30%
Place to the left of the cat
Paste Elem. 126 as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
