Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU scrap kit called "Im So Bad" by Eclipse Creations and can be found HERE
  PTU tube is by Alfadesire and can be found at PFD
  Font Used is Sticky things (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Floodfill white
Paste EC_ISB Frame 2 as a new layer
Resize 83%
Tick the inside with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
While still selected paste the Skyline as a new layer
Delete both layers in your layer palette
Selections, Select None
Lower the opasity of the skyline
Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer
Paste the Swirltree as a new layer
Resize 13%
Move to the right
Send under everything
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Image, Flip
Paste Bow 4 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Place at the top left corner of the frame
Paste Cupcake 1 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Place to the bottom right
Paste Heart Pop as a new layer
Resize 92%
Place under the cupcake
Paste the Ipod as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place next to your tubed image
Paste Cat 1 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place at the bottom left of your tag
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
