Mask of choice
Font Used is Centuria Script (FTU)
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**
Let's Begin:
Open a new workspace 700 x 500
Floodfill white
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Apply your mask of choice
Paste Elem.98 as a new layer resize 62%
Paste Elem.99 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 16
Select the inside of the top frame with your freehand selection tool
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Paste the facial portion of your tubed image as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete both layers
Selections, Select None
Send them under the frame layers
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Place to the left
Apply a drop shadow of choice
Paste Elem.42 as a new layer
Resize 76%
Send under everything
Paste Elem.64 as a new layer
Resize 84%
Send under everything
Paste Elem.74 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 90
Place at the bottom of the frame under tubed image
Paste Elem.84 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.69 as a new layer
Resize 42%
Place at the bottom right under money layer
Paste Elem.14 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place at the bottom right in front of money layer
Paste Elem.92 as a new layer
Resize 40%
Place at the bottom right under the money layer
Image, Free Rotate, Left 20

Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.52 as a new layer

Place at the bottom right
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
