  PTU tube is called "Bubbles" By PinUpToons and was purchased at CILM

  PTU scrap kit called "CandyLand" By Amy Marie and can be found HERE

  Font Used is The Daily Bread (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 x 500

Paste Elem.24 as a new layer

Paste Elem. 9 as a new layer

Place at the bottom of Elem. 24

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Place as desired

Paste Elem. 26 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place in the blank spot on the left of the grass elements

Duplicate

Place at the right

Paste Elem. 76 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the right

Duplicate

Place at the left

Paste Elem. 36 as a new layer

Resize 66%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem. 33 as a new layer

Resize 26%

Place at the bottom left by the house

Duplicate

Place at the right behind the grass

Paste Elem. 35 as a new layer

Resize 19%

Place to the left of the house

Paste Elem. 28 as a new layer

Resize 26%

Place in tree on the right

Paste Elem. 30 as a new layer

Resize 14%

Place to the right of tubed image

Paste Elem. 20 as a new layer

Send under everything

Paste Elem. 79 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place as desired

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Place as desired

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
