  PTU scrap kit is called "Te Extrano" By Joan and can be purchased at SATC 

  Font Used is Bistro Block (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.1 as a new layer

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Paste Elem.8 as a new layer

Send under everything

Paste Elem.59 as a new layer

Place at the bottom

Send under the wordart

Paste Elem.74 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom right 

Paste Elem.85 as a new layer

Send under everything

Paste Elem.63 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place on top of the E in wordart

Paste Elem.23 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place to left of envelope

Paste Elem.28 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place in front of dog

Paste Elem.64 as a new layer

Resize 61%

Place on top of V in wordart

Paste Elem.61 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place to the right of envelope

Paste Elem.84 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
