Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU tube is called "Tease" By Alexander McMillan and can be purchased at SATC or if you buy $10.00 worth of stuff you can get her for Free for a limited time.
  PTU scrap kit is called "Passions Blush" By Tiny Turtle Designs and can be purchased at SATC 
  Font Used is You Are Precious (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Flood fill white
Paste Elem.22 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
While still selected paste a large facial part of your tubed image as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete both layers
Selections, Select None
Place paper and image under frame
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place to the right
Paste Elem.89 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Send under everything
Paste Elem.94 as a new layer
Place at the bottom
Send under everything
Paste Elem.107 as a new layer
Resize 28%
Place at bottom right corner of frame
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.12 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place at bottom of frame 
Paste Elem.25 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Place to the far left
Send under everything
Use eraser to remove the stem
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.38 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom of frame under tubed image layer
Paste Elem.36 as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place to the left under other element layers
Paste Elem.49 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at bottom left
Paste Elem.46 as a new layer
Resize 24%
Place at bottom center
Paste Elem.54 as a new layer
Resize 18%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 20
Place at top left
Paste Elem.104 as a new layer
Resize 17%
Place at bottom center
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
