Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube is called "Dolores" By Very Many and can be found at SATC

  PTU scrap kit called "Summer Glam" By Toxic Desirez and can be found at SATC

  Maks of choice

  Font Used is Cheese Cake (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Frame 2 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Select the inside of the various spaces in the frame with your freehand selection tool while holding the shift key

Selections, Modify, Expand 5

Paste the Gem as a new layer

Send under the frame layer

Resize 194%

Selections, Invert, Delete

Adjust Sharpen

Paste Frame 3 as a new layer

Send under Frame 2

Resize 59%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Bow 3 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the top center of the frame

Paste Flower 2 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at bottom of your tubed image

Paste Flower 3 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place next to Flower 2

Duplicate Flower 2 and place at the right of Flower 3

Paste Cupcake as a new layer

Resize 15%

Place at bottom left

Paste Drink as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at bottom left of cupcake

Paste Wave as a new layer

Resize 42%

Place at the bottom left

Send under everything except mask layer

Paste Bottle as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom left under other elements

Paste Butterflies as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the left

Paste the Cherry as a new layer

Resize 18%

Place at bottom left

Paste Sparkles as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
