Evil Rocococo


Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU tube used is called "CandyRococo" By Irmino Pinoops and can be purchased HERE  
  PTU scrap kit used is called "CandyRococo" By Hania and can be purchased HERE 
  Font Used is big Wings (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Flood fill white 
Paste Elem.109 as a new layer
Resize 49%
Select the inside of the windows with your freehand selection tool
Paste Paper 7 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Move to ward the bottom of the inside of the frame
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select none
Make sure paper is under frame layer
Paste Elem.10 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 8
Paste Elem.47 as a new layer
Place above the frame layer but at the bottom of the frame
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place to the left 
Send under Elem. 47 layer
Paste Elem.49 as a new layer
Resize 76%
Place at bottom left
Paste Elem.62 as a new layer
Resize 32%
Place at the top right of the frame
Lower the opasity to 59
Duplcate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.51 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place to the right side
Send under the frame only
Paste Elem.45 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at the bottom right of frame
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.72 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Place at bottom right
Paste Elem.74 as a new layer
Resize 14%
Place at the left under the skulls layers
Paste Elem.77 as a new layer
Resize 48%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.55 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.23 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place at the bottom right center
Paste Elem.6 as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
