Witch Chloe


Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU tube used is called "Chloe" By Zlata and can be purchased at SATC HERE
  PTU scrap kit is called "Chloe" by SkyScraps and can be found at SATC HERE  
  Font Used is Delta Hay Max Nine (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Flood fill white
Paste Elem 88 as a new layer
Resize 79%
Adjust, Hue, Saturation Colorize 
Set Hue to 133
Set Saturation to 99
Paste Elem. 60 as a new layer
Resize 74%
Tick the inside of the circle with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Paste Elem.52 as a new layer
Send under the frame layer
While still selected paste Elem.9 as a new layer
Send under frame layer
Resize 68%
Move towards the bottom of the frame
While still selected paste Elem. 45 as a new layer
Send under frame layer
Resize 51%
Arrange to the center
Send under other element layer
Selections, Invert, Delete all layers placed inside the frame
Selections, Select None
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place to the left
Paste Elem.23 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place to the far right
Send under everything
Duplicate
Bring the duplicate to the top of everything
Use your eraser to make it look as it does in the finished tag
Paste Elem.26 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place at the top center of the frame
Paste Elem.41 as a new layer
Resize 15%
Place in the center of the bow
Paste Elem.49 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 90
Image, Mirror
Place at the bottom of the frame
Paste Elem.63 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.76 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place at the bottom center
Paste Elem.77 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place at the bottom center
Paste Elem.39 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.90 as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
