Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU scrap kit called "Delicious Pink" by Tiny Turtle Designs and can be found at SATC

  PTU tube is by Sweet PinUps and can be found HERE

  Mask of choice

  Font Used is Silent Reaction (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Floodfill white

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.59 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Use your selection tool and select the frames inside

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer also paste Elem.134 as a new layer

Resize the envelope 37%

Selections, Invert, Delete both layers

Selections, Select None

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Place to the right

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Send under eveything

Resize 76%

Paste Elem.64 as a new layer

Resize 62% 

Send under everything

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.127 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom under tubed image

Paste Elem.108 as a new layer

Resize 17%

Place at the bottom in the roses

Paste Elem.63 as a new layer

Resize 10%

Place at the top left

Duplicate 2 more times

Place as desired

Paste Elem.74 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
