Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Linda The Witch" By Ninaste and can be purchased HERE  

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Darkside Of The Looking Glass" By Pink Paradox productions and   can be purchased HERE 

  Mask of choice

  Font Used is Quigley Wiggly (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white 

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer

Apply mask of choice

Paste F6 as a new layer

Resize 97%

Select the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 3

Paste Paper 14 as a new layer

Resize 64%

Selections, Invert, Delete

Selections, Select none

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.108 as a new layer

Use your selection tool to select the bottom portion of this element

You should have feather set to 20

Select, Delete

Place at bottom of frame under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.6 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.111 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at top center of frame

Paste Elem.26 as a new layer

Resize 17%

Place in center of ribbon

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.113 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the right side under tubed image layer

Use eraser tool to remove excess at bottom

Paste Elem.E as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place behind tubed image layer

Paste Elem.46 as a new layer

Resize 62%

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
