  PSP XII
  PTU scrap kit called "Black Winter" by Bibi's Designs and can be found at Scraps and the City
  PTU Tube by PTU Tube by Sweet PinUp which you can get HERE
  Eye Candy 4000
  Font Used is Afterlife (FTU)
 
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 x 500
Flood fill white
Paste Element 55 as a new layer
Paste Element 88 as a new layer
Tick the inside with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Also paste a facial version of your tube choice as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete both the paper and tube layers
Selections, Select None
Move each layer under the frame layer
Select your tube layer
Adjust, Hugh and Saturation, Colorize
Hue 198, Saturation 19
OK
Lower the opsity of this tubed image to your liking
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Place to the left
Paste Element 50 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place to the right
Effects, Eye Candy 4000
Gradient Glow
Glow width 16.56, Soft Corners 25, Overall Opasity 14, Draw outside checked
Color white
Paste Element 63 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Place at the top center of the frame
Paste Element 64 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place at the feet of your tubed image
Paste the snowman as a new layer
Resize 37%
Image, Mirror
Place next to the tree
Paste Element 102 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place to the left under everything
Paste Element 96 as a new layer
Place at the bottom
Send under everything
Paste Element 26 as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
