A Pink New Year

Supplies:
  PSP XII
  FTU scrap kit called "A Pink New Year" by Tita's Dolls and can be found HERE
  PTU Tube by Aivelin  and can be purchased at PFD
  Font Used is Vladimir Script (FTU)
 
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste El4 as a new layer
Resize 76%
Paste E39 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Tick the inside with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Send under the frame layer in your layer palette
While still selected paste the Clock as a new layer
Resize 37%
Selections, Invert, Delete the paper layer
Selections, Select none
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Place to the left of the frame
Paste El35 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place at the bottom of your tag
Paste El10 as a new layer
Resize 15%
Place to the right
Paste El29 as a new layer
Resize 14%
Place at the top
Paste El21 as a new layer
Image, Flip
Resize 76%
Place at the bottom of the tag
Send under everything
Paste El20 as a new layer
Send under everything
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
