  PTU  kit called "Cupcake Dreams Special Edition" by Sweet Pinups and can be found HERE

  Mask of choice
  Font Used is Monotype Corsiva (FTU)
 
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste CCD02 as a new layer
Apply your mask
Paste CCD02-c as a new layer
Resize 30%
Paste CCD03 as a new layer
Resize 21%
Place to the top far right
Paste CCD20 as a new layer
Resize 19%
Image, Mirror
Place to the top far left
Paste CCD25 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place to the top right
Paste CCD16 as a new layer
Resize 26%
Place to the bottom right
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
