Blingin Baby

Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU  kit called "Blingin Babygirl" by Pure Reality Designs and can be found HERE
  PTU Tube is by Zlata and was purchased at PFD
  Animation Shop
  Font Used is Mardian Demo (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste Big Sparkles as a new layer
Resize 90%
Paste the Diamond Ring as a new layer
Resize 60%
Tick the inside of the ring with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, expand 4
Paste Paper 4 as a new layer
Resize the paper 56%
Send under ring layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select, None
Tick the inside of the ring with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, expand 4
Paste a large facial portion of your tube choice as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select, None
Send image under ring layer
Lower the opasity of the facial image to 56 in your layer pallette
Paste your main image of choice as a new layer (Mirror it to the facial image)
Place to the far left
Paste the Flowers as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place to the bottom right of your image
Paste the Ipod as a new layer
Resize 24%
Image, Mirror
Place under the hand of your image
Paste the lips as a new layer
Resize 23%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 15
Place at the top right of the tag
Duplicate the lips
Place the other on the far left
Paste Bow 2 as a new layer
Resize 18%
Place at the base of the diamond in the ring
Paste Flower Bling as a new layer
Resize 68%
Paste the largest one in the middle of the bow
Use your freehand selection tool to select around the other one
Right click with your muse to copy this image
Hit Delete
Selections, Select none
Paste this image as a new layer
Resize 87%
Place it in the center of one of the flowers at the bottom
Duplicate and place until all flowers have one in the center of them
Paste the Earrings as a new layer
Resize 18%
Place at the bottom
Paste the Pacifier as a new layer
Resize 18%
Place next to Earrings
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Make 2 copies of your tag
enlarge your tag so you can see the bling flowers easily
On the top copy use your freehand selection tool to select the bling flowers,Jewelry on your tube
**you have to hold your shift while you select all of these items**
Click back to the original size
Choose the bottom tag in your layer palette
Adjust, Add Noise, uniform checked, Monochrome checked, set the # to 18
Choose the second tag in your layer palette
Adjust, Add Noise, uniform checked, Monochrome checked, set the # to 25
Adjust, Add Noise, uniform checked, Monochrome checked, set the # to 30
Selections, Select None
Open Animation Shop
Paste the bottom tag into AS as a new animation
Paste the middle tag into AS after the first
Paste the top tag into AS after the second
Tick the View Animation button and walla Your tag is done now just save
