  Sparkles of choice
  Font Used is Romantically Yours (FTU)
 
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Open the template
Resize 91% (Have all layers checked)
Select the pink rectangles and paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Tick the inside of the big black heart with your magic wand
Paste a large version of your tube choice as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select None
In your layer palette lower the opasity as desired
X out the white background
Merge all layers
Copy andd Paste this into your original white workspace (you can close the original template workspace now)
Resize this image 76%
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Paste Ribbon 2 as a new layer
Resize 48%
Place at the bottom and send under your tube layer
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste the Tag as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at the bottom
Paste the Teddy Bear as a new layer
Resize 21%
Place to the left of the tag
Paste the Balloon as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place at the left
Paste the Cookie as a new layer
Resize 15%
Place to the right of the tag
Paste your chosen sparkles as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
