  FTU  kit called "Mad As A March Hare" by Bits N Bobs and can be found HERE
  PTU Tube is by Danny Lee and can be found at SATC
  Font Used is Graffonti.3d.drop (FTU)
 
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste Elem. 4 as a new layer
Paste Elem. 92 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Paste Elem. 93 as a new layer
Resize 58%
Place over other frame
Tick the inside of the green frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 4
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Move under everything
While still selected paste a large facial portion of your tube choice as a new layer
Delete
Selections, Select None
Send under the frames
Lower the opasity of the face image to your liking in your layer palette
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Place to the right
Paste Elem. 17 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at the top center of the frames
Paste Elem. 61 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place to the far left
Send under everything
Paste Elem. 66 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place to the bottom left
Paste Elem. 65 as a new layer
Resize 29%
Place next to leprecaune
Paste Elem. 70 as a new layer
Resize 60%
Image, Mirror
Place to the far right
Send under everything
Paste Elem. 50 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place at the top left
Paste Elem. 51 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place next to the Lucky wordart
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
