Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU  kit called "Wicked Punk" by Dzines By Melz and can be found HERE
  PTU Tube is by Sweet PinUps called Mad Nina and can be found HERE
  Font Used is Graffonti.3d.drop (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste Elem. 14 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Paste Elem. 15 as a new layer
Resize 87%
Tick the inside of the pink frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 26
Paste a paper of choce as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Send under everything
Whie still selected paste Elem. 20 as a new layer
Selections, Select None
Send under the frames
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Place to the left
Paste Elem. 23 as a new layer
Place to the right
Paste Elem. 13 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Place to the right
Paste Elem. 28 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place to the right of the frame
Paste Elem. 3 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place at the top right of the frame
Paste Elem. 2 as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place next to the cupcake
Paste the wicked wordart as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place as desired
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
