  PSP XII
  Template is by Cindy and Tonya of Creative Misfits and can be found HERE
  PTU  kit called "Queen Amy" by BiBi which you can find at SATC
  PTU Tube is by Danny Lee which you can find at SATC
  Font Used is Backspace (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Open the template
Delete the © Layer
Image, Resize, check resize all layers
Resize 87%
Paste a paper of choice iinsde the various shapes or floodfill them with a color of choice until all shapes are complete
Colorize the wordart and brush layers as well
Tick the inside of the big circle with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 2
Paste the facial portion of your tube choice as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select None
In your layer pallette lower the opasity of this image to 25
X out the work art and background layers
Merge the rest
Copy this merged layer and paste into the workspace you created at the beggining
Image, Resize, 80%
Now merge the wordart and copy and paste it into your new workspace
Close out the template layer
Place to the right
Resize the wordart as desired
Paste your tube choice as a new layer
Place to the left
Paste the Bad Ass arrow as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at the top right
Paste Elem.104 as a new layer
Move to the left
Send under everything
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Move toward the bottom
Paste Elem.73 as a new layer
Move to the left
Send under everything
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.76 as a new layer
Image, Mirror
Resize 17%
Place by the tubes hand
Paste Elem.59 as a new layer
Resize 28%
Place at the top left
Paste the puppy as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at the bottom
Paste Elem.16 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.74 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place next to the glass
Paste Elem.57 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place at the top left
Send under everything
Paste Paper 2 as a new layer
Place towards the bottom
Send under everything
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
